1. Acceptance

By accessing Edumesh you agree to these terms and any order form executed with your institution.

2. Service

We provide a multi-tenant school ERP with the availability targets published on our pricing page.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Edumesh to infringe rights, breach law, or attempt to compromise other tenants.

4. Data ownership

Your institution retains ownership of its data. Exports are available on request or through the platform.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30-day cure notice. Data is retained for 30 days post-termination.
