Refund Policy

Free trial

Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. No charges are made until the trial ends and you explicitly upgrade.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from Billing settings. Service continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Monthly fees are non-refundable.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are issued but service continues until the end of the term.

Enterprise & Custom plans

Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise and Custom plans are governed by the signed order form or master service agreement.

How to request a refund

Email billing@edumesh.app with your organization details. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
