Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Edumesh platform. By using Edumesh, you agree not to engage in any of the prohibited activities listed below.

1. Permitted use

Edumesh is licensed for the operation of educational institutions and their affiliated activities — including academic administration, communications, finance, HR and operations.

2. Prohibited activities

• Using the platform to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated bulk-extracting of the platform in violation of the Terms.
• Using the platform to send unsolicited bulk communications ("spam").
• Uploading malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt the platform.
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties.

3. Content responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content — including student, parent, staff and financial data — that your users upload or process through Edumesh. We do not review this content proactively, but we may suspend accounts on reasonable belief of violation.

4. Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this AUP, email support@edumesh.xyz.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access without notice for severe or repeated violations. We will always attempt to notify the account owner where reasonable.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
