Is Edumesh multi-tenant?
Yes. Every table is scoped by organization and enforced with Supabase row-level security. Schools and campuses are strictly isolated.
Can I run multiple schools under one account?
Absolutely. The Professional plan supports up to 5 schools and Enterprise supports up to 25. Custom plans are unlimited.
What technology powers Edumesh?
React 19, TanStack Router & Start Server Functions, Tailwind CSS v4, shadcn/ui and Supabase with PostgreSQL and row-level security.
Security & Compliance
How is my data protected?
All requests are authenticated, tenant-scoped and audited. Backups, RLS policies and health monitoring are built in.
Do you support SSO?
SSO with SAML and OIDC is available on Enterprise and Custom plans.
Where is data hosted?
By default in Supabase's managed cloud. Data residency options are available on Custom plans.
Billing
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do you offer non-profit pricing?
Yes. Contact sales for a tailored proposal.
Onboarding & Support
How long does onboarding take?
Most single-school customers go live in 2–3 weeks. Multi-campus groups typically 4–8 weeks with our success team.
Can you import from our existing system?
Yes. We support CSV import, an API, and hands-on migration services on Enterprise+ plans.
What kind of support do you offer?
Email support on Starter, priority chat on Professional, 24/7 with a dedicated CSM on Enterprise and above.
